His maternal grandfather, Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi, was a distinguished national leader who played an important role in Pakistan’s political development during the mid-20th century.

Eman Tahir Sadiq

Eman Tahir Sadiq is the elder sister of Muhammad Zain Elahi and a Pakistani politician who served as a Member of the National Assembly.
She was elected from NA-59 (Attock) in the 2002 general elections. During her tenure she represented the constituency in parliament before later vacating the seat to allow former Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz to contest the by-election.
Her political career reflects the continued involvement of the family in Pakistan’s democratic institutions.
